You remain in control of supplier selection and expenditure.
Independent verification
Need to know what has actually happened on the ground? We arrange agreed property checks, construction milestone observations and work verification, with photos, video where appropriate and clear written reporting. We explain what we could and could not verify; professional surveys or certifications are separately scoped when needed.
